1. Using Our Site

When you browse or buy from Bonny Bay, you agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Basically, play nice and use our jewelry for looking fabulous — not mischief.

2. Products & Pricing

We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. But hey, we’re human — if there’s a typo or error, we reserve the right to correct it and update info at any time without notice.

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

3. Orders

Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email. If we can’t fulfill your order (due to stock issues or shipping constraints), we’ll contact you ASAP with options.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including if we suspect it’s fraudulent or violates our terms.

4. Shipping

We ship from the Sunshine Coast, QLD, and offer both domestic and international shipping.

Please double-check your delivery address — we can’t be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect info. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bonny Bay piece! If something’s not quite right, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order. Some items (like earrings for hygiene reasons or mystery items) may not be eligible.

6. Care & Warranty

Our pieces are made to be loved and worn. While many are water-resistant, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, perfumes, or prolonged water exposure to keep them looking their best.

We do not currently offer extended warranties, but if there’s a fault with your item, reach out and we’ll always do our best to help.

7. Privacy

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site means you’re cool with any changes.
